Dr. Richard Creagan was appointed by Governor Neil Abercrombie to replace Rep. Denny Coffman, who resigned last year. Dr. Creagan will represent Naalehu, Ocean View, Capt. Cook, Kealakehua, and Kailua-Kona on the Big Island.
